This is a working outline for the website prototype. It is not a final user agreement and is not intended to provide legal protection by itself.
What this site is today
This is a design prototype. It does not create a user account, connect a game platform, read a real game library, provide real recommendations, or upload or publish content. Any profiles, games, friends, hours, or ideas shown are examples.
Buttons marked as planned or preview do not create a connection. Never enter a game-platform password into this prototype.
Platform connections and content
A future version may link to Steam, Xbox, YouTube, Twitch, and other services. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We will explain which account data a connection requests before asking you to authorise it.
Game names, brands, videos, and creator content may belong to their respective owners. A future service should follow the applicable provider rules and show where third-party content comes from.
Suggestions do not publish for you
The creator studio in this preview shows a sample idea only. A future AI feature would be optional and its data use would be described before it is enabled. It would not upload or publish content unless you took a separate, clear action and confirmed the destination and visibility.
Details still to be agreed
The operator must publish its legal name and contact details, set a minimum age and rules for younger users, explain account security and deletion, identify support and complaint routes, state any pricing and cancellation terms, and choose the governing law and dispute process.
Any final wording about warranties, responsibility, intellectual property, suspension, or liability must be reviewed against the laws and consumer rights that apply where the service is offered. We have not filled in those terms or removed any statutory rights here.
